the villa nani in podstrana is a dream come true - the top floor apartment overlooking the sea was spotless and exceeded our expectations. the property is only 2 years old - well equipped, and the staff was super friendly. the breakfast was fresh and catered to all our desires. located right on the beach - it also offers a small supermarket - making everyday needs accessible.

Located near the beach and a 20-minute drive to Split city centre, the hotel's location is perfect for tourists. Their rooms are modern and clean, with spacious balconies and magnificent sea or pool views. The hotel staff was attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast was substantial, and guests have access to amenities such as an indoor pool, sauna, bikes, BBQ area.

The road outside the hotel can be noisy, which may be a disturbance to some guests.

Nestled in a serene location, this hotel was simply luxurious. The exclusive amenities were above normal standards, fulfilling all our needs during our stay. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Spa & wellness center offered great relaxation, and the full body massage was a highlight. The hotel location provided easy beach access and the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing experience. The head massage was a great addition. The sun terrace and the garden area provided a great view to relax. The private facilities were exclusive and impressive.

The room was quite small, which resulted in limited movement, otherwise, the room was impeccable. Their dining expertise was evident in the special diet menus offered, but there were not many options for outdoor dining area.

Stayed at a place with an "outdoor swimming pool" and "free WiFi." Also had the pleasure of enjoying the "buffet breakfast" and "full-service spa." Loved soaking up some sun and indulging in a pampering treatment.

Oh, I just adored everything about Villa Nani. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Great Sea Views & Relaxing Pools

The location of this hotel was excellent, just a stone's throw from the beach with amazing sea views from the top floor rooms and balconies. The indoor and outdoor pools were both very relaxing, with ample sun loungers and umbrellas to enjoy. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, featuring some local specialties.

The only downside of this hotel was the lack of dining options on site. While there were some good restaurants in the area, it would have been nice to have a café or restaurant on site for convenience.

Great location on the beach, and plenty of shops nearby. The apartment had modern and clean rooms, and friendly staff. The indoor and outdoor pool were refreshing and spacious for swimming. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the balcony view of the sea.

Breakfast was not of a good standard, with limited options and poor quality. The traffic noise from the main road was very distracting and constantly loud throughout the day.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Nani! The facilities were top-notch, from the modern sauna and inside pool to the heated floors and well-equipped rooms. The attention to detail was evident, with bathrobes, sunbeds, and provided shampoos and conditioners. We appreciated the added convenience of having a TV with internet in every room and the reliable wifi. The full breakfast was delicious and the fact that bicycles were provided made exploring the area a breeze. The hosts were extremely helpful and made our stay memorable. Perfect for groups of any size!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We loved the outdoor and indoor pools, as well as the availability of bicycle rentals and a BBQ area. The staff were all kind, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food items.

Loved the free WiFi to post my selfies by the pristine pool. The wellness facilities were fab - had a hot tub soak while sipping champagne. The buffet breakfast gave me enough energy to explore the nearby shopping hubs!

Oh, how I adored crossing the busy road to get to the beach. Such an invigorating experience, like playing a real-life game of Frogger!
